Missing your Saturday morning free 5k timed run?

These are difficult times we live in and right now its never been more important to keep us healthy in both body and mind. We know that running has been shown to boost our immune systems and help our mental health. But we know too that the addition of a competitive element helps us to focus on our performance.

So, if you’re missing your weekly 5k fix, why not join JustRun? Our free, weekly, virtual time trial enables you to measure your performance against others and track your improvement. You don’t have to be quick – you just need to run or walk your 5k any time on a Saturday and then send us your time. We’ll collate all the times and produce a weekly leaderboard – so you’ll be able to compare your performance with like minded JustRunners.


You can complete your 5k anywhere – either inside on a treadmill or outdoors using your favourite route.

All we ask is that if you’re running outdoors you adhere to social distancing guidelines.


Joining JustRun is easy. Simply register your details here and then after your Saturday 5k, just send us evidence of your time and we’ll do the rest.

We are also pleased to offer JustJunior for our younger runners. Complete at least 2k and get added to the leaderboard!


Prefer to cycle?


No problem. Just sign up to JustRide and take part in our weekly 10 mile cycling time trial. Ride indoors or outdoors and then follow the submission process in the same way as JustRun.
